摘要
石油作为重要的能源和化工原料,在国民经济、化工生产、日常生活中有着非常的作用。在传统工艺里,石油原油的油水分离过程要耗费大量的物料和能量。耗费的物料主要是破乳剂和燃料,耗费的能量主要用于加热降粘。由于油水分离中技术难度最大、最关键、最耗能的环节是破乳,所以如何高效且低能耗地进行破乳,成为了油水分离过程的研究重点。超声能耗低、效率高、速度快,在破乳过程中具有非常巨大的优势。
As one of the most important power source and chemical raw material,petroleum is indispensable in national economy,chemical production and daily life.In the conventional oil-water separation process,fossil oil mays ummit lots of raw material and power it self.Mostly,the raw material is demulsifier and fuel,and power is used on heating and viscosity reduction.Because the most important,most critical,most energy wasting is emulsion breaking process,so how to do it in an efficiently way is the research emphases.Ultrasonic has a great advantage in this process because it's quicker and more efficient than the other way.
