摘要
以昭通褐煤为研究对象,通过棒磨机进行研磨,测定煤被磨后的细度。在同一滚筒、相同介质及介质数、振筛相同时间和在设置不同的磨矿时间下,以磨矿时间为横坐标以~0.074 mm含量为纵坐标绘制磨矿细度测定曲线,得到12 min时为最佳磨矿时间。并对不同磨矿时间所得的物料进行灰分分析,得到不同磨矿时间下的灰分均匀分布。
Taking zhaotong lignite as the research object,the fineness of coal after grinding was measured by grinding with rod mill.Under conditions where all factors are equal except grinding time,taking the abscissa as grinding time and the ordinate as^0.074 mm grain size content,the grinding fineness measurement curve was drawn,and we know that the best grinding time is 12 minutes.At the same time,we get a theory that grinding time has no obvious effect on ash content after analysis.
