摘要
在矿石采掘作业中,挖掘机斗齿是磨损最为严重的部件,由于其在使用过程中承受到来自矿岩的冲击载荷和摩擦力,造成斗齿磨损、划伤甚至断裂。作为使用寿命短、更换频繁、消耗快且使用量大的斗齿,其需求量的增加也大大增加了采掘作业成本,因此,加强挖掘机在斗齿消耗方面的有效控制是控制采掘成本的途径之一。通过分析挖掘机斗齿的失效模式,结合斗齿的使用情况,着眼于斗齿的结构、材料、制造、表面处理等方面的分析,为缅甸莱比塘采矿项目在挖掘机斗齿的国产化选择方面提供了依据。
In the mining operation,the bucket teeth of excavator is the most seriously worn part,because it bears the impact load and friction force from ore and rock in the operation process,resulting in the bucket teeth worn,scratched and even fractured.As a bucket teeth with short service life,frequent replacement,fast consumption and large usage,the increase of its demand also greatly increases the cost of mining operation.Therefore,strengthening the effective control of bucket teeth consumption of excavator is one of the ways to control mining cost.By analyzing the failure mode of excavator bucket teeth,combining with the using condition of bucket teeth,focusing on the analysis of bucket teeth structure,material,manufacturing,surface treatment and other aspects,this paper provides a basis for the nationalization selection of excavator bucket teeth for Letpadaung Mining Project in Myanmar.
