摘要
骨膜蛋白是基质细胞蛋白家族的一员,由机体多种组织分泌,在调节和重塑气道炎症、皮肤软组织炎症、动脉粥样硬化等病理状态的炎症微环境中发挥重要作用。近年来,骨膜蛋白被证实与糖脂代谢紊乱、非酒精性脂肪性肝病和肝纤维化密切相关,其中在对脂代谢的影响中,其与三酰甘油的关系更为紧密。由此可知,选择性下调骨膜蛋白表达水平可作为治疗代谢性疾病的新靶点。对骨膜蛋白的病理生理作用及其机制进行深入研究,能够为疾病的早期诊治提供新思路。
Periostin as a member of the stromal cell protein family can be secreted by various tissues of the body,and plays an important role in regulating and remodeling of the inflammatory microenvironment in pathological conditions,such as airway inflammation,skin soft tissue inflammation,and atherosclerosis.In recent years,periostin has been shown to be closely related to disorders of glycolipid metabolism,nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and liver fibrosis.Among the effects of periostin on lipid metabolism,it is more closely related with triglyceride.It can be seen that selective down-regulation of periostin expression can be regarded as a new target for the treatment of metabolic diseases.Further study on the pathophysiological effects and mechanisms of periostin can provide a new idea for the early diagnosis and treatment of the diseases.
