摘要
对机械设备或金属构件应力的检测是评估其寿命和防止事故发生的重要手段,一直以来在学术研究和工程应用中备受关注。针对铁磁构件应力难以有效检测的问题,提出了一种基于磁各向异性方法的三足磁极应力检测方法。采用有限元软件对三足探头不同角度检测时感应输出电压进行仿真分析,并在自行研制三足探头磁力传感器基础上,对16MnR钢平板试件进行应力检测试验研究。试验结果表明,磁各向异性三足探头可以有效检测16MnR钢平板试件的应力集中位置,且应力与磁信号存在较好的相关性,可为铁磁构件应力检测提供一条新途径。
The detection of mechanical equipment or metal component stress is an important means to evaluate its life and prevent accidents,and has been the concern of academic research and engineering applications.For the problem that it is difficult to effectively detect the stress of ferromagnetic components,a three-legged magnetic pole stress detection method based on magnetic anisotropy method was proposed.The finite element software was used to simulate the induced output voltage of the three-legged probe at different angles.Based on the three-legged probe magnetic sensor developed by us,the stress detection experiment was carried out for the 16MnR flat steel plate specimen.The experimental results show that the magnetic anisotropy three-legged probe can effectively detect the stress concentration position of 16MnR flat steel plate specimen,and there is a good linear correlation between stress and magnetic signal,which can provide a new way for stress detection of ferromagnetic components.
