国际市场的油气田地面工程项目投标设计管理

摘要 在油价低迷的大环境下,国际市场的油气田地面工程项目投标竞争越来越激烈,微利模式成为越来越多工程公司的选择,而想要得到一个有竞争力的价格且不至于亏损,工程量统计作为投标时商务价格计算的依据,其准确性就显得尤为重要。以国际市场的油气田地面工程项目投标为基础,从设计文件的精细化、升版文件的合理化、评标问题澄清、文控系统常见问题以及投标设计与采购施工相结合等方面,对投标设计管理进行了分析阐述,以期减少后续投标工作因设计管理不足而引起的失误,并最大程度上做精做细投标工程量统计。 Under the situation of low oil price,the bidding competition of oil and gas field surface projects in the international market becomes more and more intense,and the meager profit mode becomes the choice of more and more engineering companies,and the accuracy of the engineering quantity statistics as the basis for calculating the commercial price at the time of bidding is especially important to obtain a competitive price without losing.Based on the bidding of oil and gas field surface engineering projects in the international market,this paper analyzes and expounds the bidding design management from the aspects:the refinement of design documents,the rationalization of upgraded documents,the clarification of problem in bidding evaluation,the common problems of document control system and the combination of bidding design with procurement and construction,so as to reduce the mistakes caused by insufficient design management of subsequent bidding work,and make detailed bidding quantities statistics to the greatest extent.
