摘要
目的:分析半夏泻心汤加减联合雷贝拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的效果。方法:2017年8月-2019年8月收治反流性食管炎患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。G组服用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片;H组在服用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片基础上增加半夏泻心汤加减。比较两组镜下食管黏膜疗效及复发率。结果:两组治疗后食管黏膜功能均有改善,H组总有效率显著高于G组,且H组复发率显著低于G组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过半夏泻心汤加减联合雷贝拉唑治疗反流性食管炎效果显著,治愈后不易复发。
Objective:To analyze the effect of banxia xiexin decoction combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods:From August 2017 to August 2019,60 patients with reflux esophagitis were treated,they were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each.Group G was treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets,group H was added banxia xiexin decoction on the basis of rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets.The curative effect and recurrence rate of esophageal mucosa under microscope were compared between the two groups.Results:The esophageal mucosal function was improved in both groups after treatment.The total effective rate in group H was significantly higher than group G and the recurrence rate in group H was significantly lower than group G,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Banxia xiexin decoction combined with rabeprazole is effective in the treatment of reflux esophagitis,it is not easy to recur after cure.
