摘要
目的:分析体外冲击波配合高能量激光治疗肩周炎的应用效果及优越性。方法:2018年4月-2019年9月收治肩周炎患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组应用传统针灸及超短波等治疗;治疗组应用体外冲击波配合高能量激光治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗组治疗后关节功能评分高于对照组,且疼痛评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外冲击波配合高能量激光治疗肩周炎能够有效提高治疗效果,减轻疼痛程度,促进肩关节功能恢复。
Objective:To explore the application effect and superiority of extracorporeal shock wave combined with high energy laser in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:From April 2018 to September 2019,60 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases in each.The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture and ultrashort wave,the treatment group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave and high-energy laser.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,the joint function score after treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the pain score was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:External shock wave combined with high-energy laser in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce the degree of pain,and promote the recovery of shoulder joint function.
