摘要
目的:分析雷公藤多苷联合复方甘草酸苷治疗湿疹的临床效果。方法:2017年2月-2018年6月收治湿疹患者62例,随机分为两组,各31例。试验组应用雷公藤多苷联合复方甘草酸苷治疗;对照组仅给予雷公藤多苷治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗满意度。结果:试验组临床总有效率高于对照组,治疗满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雷公藤多苷和复方甘草酸苷联合治疗湿疹患者效果显著,可缓解患者临床症状,不影响皮肤状况。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of tripterygium wilfordii glycoside combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of eczema.Methods:62 patients with eczema were selected from February 2017 to June 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 31 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides and compound glycyrrhizin,while the control group was only treated with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides.The clinical effect and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the treatment satisfaction was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of tripterygium wilfordii glycoside and compound glycyrrhizin is effective in the treatment of eczema,which can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients without affecting the skin condition.
