摘要
目的:研究经锁骨上行中心静脉导管(CVC)置入术的风险及实用性。方法:2016年6月-2019年6月收治胃肠手术前或肿瘤化疗前患者154例,均行锁骨上行CVC置入术,记录穿刺时间、并发症等情况。结果:总穿刺成功率为99.35%,近期并发症发生率为13.63%,远期并发症发生率为0。结论:经锁骨上行CVC置入术,穿刺点定位明确,并发症较少,患者耐受性好,是一种安全、有效的CVC导管置管技术。
Objective:To research the risk and practicability of transclavicular CVC implantation.Methods:From June 2016 to June 2019,154 patients who were before gastrointestinal surgery or before tumor chemotherapy were enrolled,all patients underwent transclavicular CVC implantation to record puncture time and complications.Results:The total puncture success rate was 99.35%,the recent complications rate was 13.63%,and the long-term complications rate was 0.Conclusion:Transclavicular CVC implantation is a safe and effective CVC catheter insertion technique with clear positioning of the puncture point,fewer complications,and the patient has good tolerance.
