摘要
目的:分析马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压的效果。方法:2017年7月-2019年7月收治H型高血压患者42例,随机分为两组,各21例。对照组采用依那普利片治疗;观察组采用马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗。比较两组治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗后血压水平、血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及不良反应发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压效果显著,能够有效改善患者舒张压和收缩压水平,并且减少不良反应的发生。
Objective:To explore the effect of enalapril maleate folate tablets in the treatment of H-type hypertension.Methods:From July 2017 to July 2019,42 patients with H-type hypertension were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 21 cases in each group.The control group was treated with enalapril tablets,the observation group was treated with enalapril maleate folate tablets.We compared the therapeutic effect and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after treatment,the blood pressure level,plasma Hcy level and the incidence of adverse reactions were all better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of enalapril maleate folate tablets in the treatment of H-type hypertension is significant,it can effectively improve the diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
