摘要
通过对广东绿茶生产设备配置和工艺流程进行研究,研制适应广东地区的绿茶连续自动化加工生产线,加工工艺流程包含摊青、杀青、揉捻、烘干,该生产线在广东省乐昌沿溪山茶业有限公司应用,加工出的沿溪山白毛尖茶叶,汤色清澈、茶香雅致、滋味醇爽、回甘味强,达到沿溪山白毛尖的生产质量要求。绿茶连续自动化加工生产线的开发与应用,符合我国茶叶加工清洁化、自动化和标准化的发展要求,具有良好的经济效益和推广前景。
Through the research on the equipment configuration and technological process of green tea production in Guangdong Province,a green tea continuous automatic processing production line is developed,which is suitable for Guangdong Province.The processing technological process includes spreading,killing,rolling and drying.In addition,the trial production of YanXiShan white Maojian tea in Guangdong Province is carried out,and the clear soup color,elegant tea flavor,mellow taste and strong sweet taste of YanXiShan white Maojian tea are processed.The development and application of green tea continuous automatic processing production line is in line with the development requirements of China’s tea processing towards cleaning,automation and standardization,with good economic benefits and promotion prospects.
