摘要
通过运用SWOT方法分析了现阶段国内青少年档案夏令营活动开展的内部优势、劣势与外部机会、挑战因素,提出应深入了解青少年受众,以青少年的性格特点和档案活动偏好为切入点,创新活动内容、扩大活动宣传,同时克服自身劣势和外部挑战,进一步强化档案馆的文化教育职能等策略。
By using SWOT method,the paper analyzes the internal strengths,weaknesses,external opportunities and challenges of the current archival summer camp activities for teenagers.Then,this paper puts forward that we should deeply know about teenagers,take the characteristics of teenagers and their archival activities preference as the entry point,innovate the activities,expand the propaganda,overcome the internal weaknesses and external challenges and strengthen the cultural education function of archives.
