摘要
人口质量红利作为近年来数量型红利式微背景下提出的一个新概念,开始成为学者们关注的议题,也产生了一定的研究成果。本文基于现有研究,从人口质量红利的内涵、理论源泉、经济效应、度量标准、内外部实现条件以及人口质量红利对数量红利的替代效应等方面进行系统的回顾与梳理。研究发现,人口质量红利目前国外关注较少,国内为主要研究领域,且处于起步阶段;现有的相关研究虽然取得了一定的研究成果,但存在着概念不清、指标不明、定量不足、研究不细等问题。最后,基于现有研究,在对人口质量红利内涵进行界定的基础上,提出了未来可能的研究方向,以便为人口质量红利的进一步研究提供思路,并在此基础上讨论了我国人口质量红利的实现问题。
As a new concept proposed under the background of quantitative dividend decline in recent years,demographic quality dividend has become a focus of scholars and produced some research results.Based on existing research,this paper systematically reviews and sorts out the connotation,theoretical source,economic effect,measurement standard,internal and external realization condition and the substitution of demographic quality dividend for quantitative dividend.Although some research results have been obtained,there are still some problems,such as unclear concept,unclear index,quantitative shortage and lack of detailed research.Finally,based on the existing research,on the basis of defining the connotation of demographic quality dividend,this paper puts forward the possible research directions in the future,in order to provide ideas for the further research of demographic quality dividend,and discusses the realization of demographic quality dividend in China.
