摘要
肝移植手术以血流动力学波动剧烈著称,给麻醉带来巨大挑战。术中经食道心脏超声(TEE)可用于指导麻醉管理。本文阐述了TEE在肝移植手术中的作用,通过对肝移植手术各个时期常见的TEE变化进行阐述,讨论了肝移植患者应用TEE的有效性及安全性。
Liver transplantation(LT)is characterized by acute hemodynamic disturbances which brings great challenges to anesthetists.Intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography(TEE)can be used to guide anesthesia management during transplant surgery.This review describes the role of TEE during LT,and discusses the effectiveness and safety of the application of TEE in patients undergoing LT through analyzing dynamic measurements of TEE at different phases during LT.
