摘要
为了探索在微视频任务驱动下高校太极拳协作学习教学模式对于教学效果的影响,本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、教学实验法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等研究方法。实验结果表明,协作学习教学模式使学生从被动接受者转变为主动探索者,学生的心血管功能、身体素质、平衡能力等身体功能水平得到提高,基本技术套路更加熟练流畅,理论知识储备与理解水平也获得提升。学生真正体会到太极拳的完整性和实质,提高了习练健身效果。
In order to explore the inf luence of the cooperative learning teaching mode of college taijiquan on teaching effect driven by the micro-video task,this paper applies the methods of literature and data method,expert interview method,teaching experiment method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method,etc.The experimental results show that the collaborative learning teaching mode transforms students from passive recipients to active explorers,and students'cardiovascular function,physical quality,balance ability and other physical functions are improved,basic technical routines a re more prof icient a nd f luent,a nd their theoretical knowledge reserve a nd understanding level are also improved.The students realized the integrity and essence of taijiquan and improved the effect of exercise and f itness.
