摘要
目前,我国的经济发展迅速,我国许多企业工程建设的规模也扩大了,也增加了不少建筑企业。所以,在建筑施工的过程中,遇到了很多问题,其中最突出的问题就是工程造价。对于建筑企业来说,施工过程中的工程造价是非常重要的,是工程施工的核心内容,它不仅可以提高建筑工程的管理水平,还能提高建筑企业的核心竞争力。本文分析了我国现阶段建筑工程管理过程中存在的问题,并且探究了我国建筑工程管理中工程造价问题的意义,提出了一些能够有效控制建筑工程造价的建议。
At present,China’s economy is developing rapidly,and the scale of many Chinese enterprises’engineering construction has also expanded,and many construction enterprises have also been added.Therefore,during the construction process,many problems were encountered,the most prominent of which was the project cost.For the construction enterprise,the engineering cost in the construction process is very important and is the core content of the construction.It can not only improve the management level of the construction project,but also improve the core competitiveness of the construction enterprise.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management process of construction engineering in China at present,and explores the significance of the problem of construction cost in construction management in China,and puts forward some suggestions that can effectively control the construction cost.
