摘要
基于企业创新理论,研究企业创新能力传导路径问题。依据企业创新能力传导路径概念模型,设计调查问卷,采用结构方程模型,实证分析206份河北省创新型企业的调查数据。研究表明:管理能力对投入能力、市场能力和技术创新能力具有显著的正向影响,投入能力对产出能力具有显著的正向影响,技术创新能力对产出能力和市场能力具有显著的正向影响,企业创新能力传导的有效路径为“管理-投入-产出”路径、“管理-技术创新-产出”路径、“管理-市场”路径以及“管理-技术创新-市场”路径。
The paper researched the transmission route of enterprise innovation capacity on the basis of enterprise innovation theory.The author of this paper designed questionnaires in the light of the conceptual model of transmission routes of enterprise innovation,and then,carried on demonstration-analyses to the survey data of innovation enterprises in Hebei province by the structural equation model.The research shows the following findings:management ability has significantly positive effects on input ability,market capability and technical innovation ability,input ability has significantly positive effects on output ability,technical innovation ability has a distinctly positive effects on output and market capability.The efficient routes for the transmission of enterprise innovation capacity include“management-input-output”route,“management-technical innovation-output”route,“management-market”route and“management-technical innovation-market”route.
