摘要
作为高等教育结构调整的重要战略部署,积极开展校地校企合作已经成为新建地方本科院校转型发展道路的共识,此举既有利于提升学生的应用能力,又能推动地方经济快速健康发展。基于怀化学院公共事业管理专业在校地校企合作进程中的现状及困境,提岀建立政策保障机制,发挥政府引导作用;成立专业实习基地,加快深度融合合作;签订长期合作协议,实现供需无缝链接等对策。
With an important strategic deployment of structural adjustment of higher education,it has become a consensus to actively carry out school-land and school-enterprise cooperation in the transformation and development of newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities,which is conducive to improving students'application ability and promoting the rapid and healthy development of local economy.Based on the analysis of current situation and predicament of the school-land and school-enterprise cooperation process of the public utilities management major in Huaihua University,the authors propose some countermeasures,such as establishing policy guarantee mechanism,giving full play to the role of government guidance;setting up professional practice base,speeding up the deep integration of cooperation;signing long-term cooperation agreement,realizing the seamless chain between supply and demand,and striving to innovate the professional talent training system of new local universities.
