摘要
高校毕业生的就业问题关乎学生的切身利益和社会稳定,目前,高校就业服务体系存在重视就业率、忽视学生的职业生涯、学业生涯规划和推送信息过于单一等问题。在大数据背景下,通过构建基于大数据的高校毕业生就业服务体系,可以了解高校毕业生未来的求职意向。同时,通过跟踪调查学生的就业信息,能够实现高校就业信息的精准化推送,从而提升毕业生的就业质量。文章就此展开了分析。
The employment problem of college graduates is related to the vital interests of students and the stability of society. The current employment service system in colleges and universities pays attention to the employment rate, ignores the career and academic career planning of students, and pushes information too single. Under the background of big data, through the construction of the employment service system of college graduates based on big data, it can understand the future employment intention of college graduates. At the same time, by tracking and investigating the employment information of students, it can realize the precise push of the employment information of colleges and universities, so as to improve the employment quality of graduates. This paper analyzes it.
