MEBT/MEBO治愈皮肤全层剥脱伴软组织挫伤高龄患者1例报告 被引量:3

A Case Report of Treatment of Aged Patient Suffering from Skin Full-Thickness Exfoliation Combined with Soft Tissue Contusion Using MEBT/MEBO

摘要 指导1例右前臂大面积皮肤全层剥脱伴软组织挫伤的高龄患者于家中自行应用烧伤创疡再生医疗技术(moist exposed burn therapy/moist exposed burn ointment,MEBT/MEBO)治疗,治疗13 d后创面完全愈合,愈后皮肤无明显瘢痕增生及色素沉着,感觉及运动功能恢复良好。 An aged patient with large-scale skin full-thickness exfoliation combined with soft tissue contusion in right forearm was given medical guidance to treat at home with MEBT/MEBO.After 13 days of treatment,the wound healed completely.No obvious scar hyperplasia or pigmentation was found on healed skin and his sensory and motor function recovered well.
