摘要
目的研究青年缺血性脑卒中与老年缺血性脑卒中的危险因素方面存在的差异。方法以2017年5月-2019年3月收治的102例缺血性脑卒中患者为对象,其中51例为青年缺血性脑卒中患者,视作对照组,另外51例为老年缺血性脑卒中患者,视作观察组,分析两组缺血性脑卒中患者的危险因素。结果青年缺血性脑卒中动脉粥样硬化、高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症发生率为84.31%、68.63%、70.59%、66.67%,老年缺血性脑卒中患者发生率为88.24%、74.51%、72.55%、68.63%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),动脉粥样硬化、高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症是青年、老年缺血性脑卒中患者的独立危险因素(OR=15.362、5.635、6.358、5.185,P=0.005、0.008、0.029、0.025)。结论青年缺血性脑卒中与老年缺血性脑卒中的危险因素接近,均以动脉粥样硬化为主,高血压、高血糖、高血脂也是影响明显的危险因素。
Objective To investigate the differences in risk factors between ischemic stroke and ischemic stroke in the elderly. Methods A total of 102 patients with ischemic stroke were enrolled from May 2017 to March 2019. Among them, 51 were young ischemic stroke patients and regarded as the control group. Another 51 patients were aged ischemic brain stroke patients, regarded as observation group, were analyzed for risk factors in patients with ischemic stroke. Results The incidence of atherosclerosis, hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia in young ischemic stroke was 84.31%, 68.63%, 70.59%, 66.67%. The incidence of ischemic stroke in the elderly was 88.24%, 74.51%, 72.55%, and 68.63%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05), atherosclerosis, hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia were independent risk factors for young and elderly patients with ischemic stroke( OR =15.362,5.635,6.358,5.185,P=0.005,0.008,0.029,0.025). Conclusion Young ischemic stroke is close to the risk factors of ischemic stroke in the elderly. Both of them are mainly atherosclerosis. Hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia are also significant risk factors.
