摘要
新形势下,食品供应链主要主体的发展呈现出明显新态势,其发展将对我国经济高质量、可持续发展发挥着巨大作用。与此同时,东北地区作为我国新形势下重要的发展潜力股,在《东北振兴十三五规划》文件中具体勾画出的发展蓝图有待完成。新形势下以创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念为指导,充分认识新形势下我国食品供应链的发展模式,存在的普遍共性问题和发挥的巨大优势作用,以东北地区为例,从食品供应链的生产端、服务集成端、移动互联网端、物流四个方面来分析,阐述食品供应链在助力东北经济高质量、可持续发展时,每一种模式展现出的新态势,体现出的强大生命力,最后建议进一步强化我国食品供应链的发展,发挥好经济助推器的巨大作用。
Under the new circumstances,the development of the main bodies related to the food supply chain showed an obvious new trend,which would play a great role in the high-quality and sustainable development of China’s economy.At the same time,Northeast China region was one of China’s important development potential units.And the13th five-year plan for revitalization of Northeast China region outlined the blueprint of it to be completed.Guided by the development concepts of innovation,coordination,green,openness,and Sharing,at first understood and summarized the development mode of China’s food supply chain under the new situation,the existing common problems and the huge advantages.Then taking Northeast China region as the example,through analyzing and expoundingeach kind of model of food supply chain showed newposition and great vitality with contributing our country to a high-quality and sustainable development from the four aspects of production unit,service integrated unit,mobile internet unit and logistics.Finally suggestions were given to further strengthen the development of food supply chain,play the role of economic booster.
