摘要 随着汽车防腐蚀要求越来越高,防腐蚀措施越来越被重视。在设计过程中,从使用耐腐蚀的材料、改进与车身电泳性能相关的结构、设计合理的工艺孔以及采取综合性防护措施(对车身进行涂胶、喷涂PVC防石击涂料、空腔喷蜡和孔塞)等方面提升车身防腐性能,最终保证汽车在使用寿命周期内满足防腐性能要求,为车身防腐蚀工作提供参考。 With the increasing requirements of automobile anti-corrosion,more and more attention has been paid to antiorrosion measures.In the design process,the anti-corrosion performance of the ear body is improved by using corrosionresistant materials,improving the structure related to the electrophoretic performance of the ear body,designing reasonable process holes,and taking comprehensive protective measures(gluing the car body,spraying PVC anti-stone coating,spraying wax into the cavity and plugging the hole).Finally,it is ensured that the automobile can meet the anti-corrosion performance requirements in the service life cycle,providing reference for the anti-corrosion work of the car body.
