摘要
目的探究引导式护理干预在校青少年抑郁症效果评定。方法将纳入标准的42例患者根据随机数表法分为两组,对照组未作干预,观察组实施引导式护理干预,比较干预前后两组疾病认知情况,抑郁水平情况。结果观察组干预前后,SCL-90、QI-index评分及SAS评分差异有统计学意义(PV0.05),对照组无明显改善(P>0.05)o结论引导式护理干预帮助患者心理障碍复转,促进积极健康发展。
Objective To explore the effect of guided nursing intervention on depression in adolescents in school.Methods The 42 patients included in the standard were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group did not intervene,the observation group was given guided nursing intervention,and the disease cognition and depression level of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results There were significant differences in SCL-90 and QI一index score and SAS score before and after intervention in the observation group(P<C 0.05),but there was no significant improvement in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Guided nursing intervention helps patients with psychological disorders and promotes positive and healthy development.
