摘要
目的探讨综合护理对急性ST段抬高性心肌梗死患者不良情绪的改善效果。方法选择2016年11月至2018年11月本院收治的急性ST段抬高性心肌梗死患者90例,遵循随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施综合护理。对比两组患者心理状态、生活质量评分及并发症发生率。结果观察组干预后各项心理状态评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(PV0.05);观察组生活质量评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(PV0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.67%低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(PV0.05)。结论急性ST段抬高性心肌梗死患者实施综合护理干预效果显著,可有效缓解患者不良情绪,提高其生活质量,减少并发症发生率,促进疾病转归。
Objective to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on the improvement of adverse emotions in patients with acute st-segment elevation myocardial infarction.Methods 90 patients with acute st-segment elevation myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to November 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,45 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Psychological status,quality of life score and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of psychological state in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<C 0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,lower than that in the control group(26.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with acute st一segment elevation myocardial infarction is significant,which can effectively relieve the patients'bad mood,improve their quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote the outcome of the disease.
