摘要
目的研究剖宫产术后产妇护理中舒适化服务的应用效果。方法以该院2018年10月-2019年3月95例接受剖宫产的产妇为对象,随机将产妇分为两组,其中47例为对照组,接受术后常规护理,另外48例为观察组,术后护理中实施舒适化护理服务,比较两组术后疼痛程度、不良情绪表现。结果观察组术后24 h、48 h VAS评分(4.51±1.24)分、(3.08±1.07)分优于对照组(5.37±1.16)分、(4.21±1.13)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.490、5.006,P<0.05);观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分为(45.27±4.91)分优于(42.71±5.94)分,对照组(53.91±4.88)分、(50.92±5.83)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.601、6.797,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为91.67%,对照组76.60%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.057,P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产产妇在术后实施舒适化护理服务,有助于减轻产妇术后疼痛,改善不良情绪,提升护理满意度,值得推广实施。
Objective To study the application effect of comfort service in maternal care after cesarean section.Methods A total of 95 women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from October 2018 to March 2019 in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups,47 of whom were in the control group and received routine postoperative care.Another 48 patients as the observation group,the comfort nursing service was implemented in the postoperative care,and the postoperative pain degree and adverse emotional performance were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of the observation group were(4.51±1.24)points and(3.08±1.07)points at 24 h and 48 h after operation below and the control group(5.37±1.16)points and(4.21±1.13)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.490,5.006,P<0.05);SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were(45.27±4.91)points,(42.71±5.94)points,beteer than and the control group(53.91±4.88)points and(50.92±5.83)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.601,6.797,P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 91.67%,and that of the control group was 76.60%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.057,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comfortable nursing services for cesarean section women after operation can help to reduce postoperative pain,improve bad mood and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worth promoting.
