摘要
通过构建环境污染指标体系,利用投影寻踪模型、空间自相关等方法,研究我国环境污染的时空演变和时空分异特征;运用面板数据模型,探讨影响我国环境污染强度变化的社会经济因素。结果表明:2000—2015年,我国环境污染综合指数不断上升,从0.482增加到0.586,环境污染状况总体呈加重趋势;空间格局上,环境污染程度由重到轻的分布规律为东部地区、中部地区、西部地区,且空间集聚特征明显;科技创新、外商直接投资、经济发展等因素能够有效降低环境污染程度,环境治理不力、产业结构不合理等因素不利于降低环境污染程度。
By constructing the index system of environmental pollution and using the methods of projection tracing model and spatial auto-correlation,the spatio-temporal evolution and differentiation characteristics of environmental pollution in China were researched,and the social and economic factors that affected the change of environmental pollution intensity in China were discussed by using the panel data model.The results show that during the period from 2000 to 2015,Chinese comprehensive environmental pollution index was gradually increased from 0.482 to 0.586,and situation of environmental pollution tends to aggravate in general.In the spatial pattern,the degree of environmental pollution has a heavy to light distribution law for the present eastern region,the central region,the western region,and the spatial agglomeration of environmental regulation efficiency are emerging.Scientific and technological innovation,foreign direct investment,economic development and other factors can effectively reduce the intensity of environmental pollution,but the weak environmental governance,unreasonable industrial structure and other factors are not conducive to reducing the intensity of environmental pollution.
