摘要
基于以资源型城市工业转型升级效果评价为核心,以2006-2015年六盘水市等统计资料为依据,计算六盘水市工业转型升级的管理熵及综合评价指数,评价工业转型升级取得的效果。结果显示:2006-2015年,六盘水市工业转型升级的综合评价指数为0.54506,效果一般。从二级指标管理熵来看,固体废弃物利用率、工业增加值增速、固定资产投资增速排在前列,取得较好成效;R&D研发投入比重、三次产业结构、硫或碳单位排放量管理熵值较小,形势严峻。
Based on the evaluation of the effect of resource-based urban industrial transformation and upgrading,the management entropy and comprehensive evaluation index of industrial transformation and upgrading in Liupanshui were calculated based on the statistical data of Liupanshui from 2006 to 2015,and the effect of industrial transformation and upgrading was evaluated.The results show that:2006-2015,industrial transformation and upgrading of the comprehensive evaluation index of 0.54506 in Liupanshui city,the effect of the general.From the perspective of the second-level index management entropy,solid waste utilization,industrial added value growth,fixed asset investment growth in the forefront,and achieved good results;R&D R&D investment proportion,three industrial structure,sulfur or carbon unit emissions Management entropy is small,the situation is grim.
