摘要
在由一个供应商和两个存在销售努力竞争的零售商组成的存在无缺陷退货的二级供应链中,考虑无缺陷退货率和市场需求同时受零售商销售努力水平的影响下,供应链的协调问题。通过分析对比集中决策与分散决策下最优策略,设计了一种回馈与惩罚契约以协调供应链。研究表明该契约能够提高零售商销售努力水平,实现协调达到帕累托改进。最后通过数值算例验证了契约的有效性,并对相关参数灵敏度进行了分析。
In a supply chain with false failure returns composed of one supplier and two retailers with sales effort competition,considering the problem of supply chain coordination when the false failure return rate and market demand influenced by retailer's sales effort level.Through the analysis and comparison of the optimal strategy under centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making,a reward and punishment contract is designed to coordinate the supply chain.The research shows that the contract can improve the retailer's sales effort and achieve Pareto improvement.Finally,an example is given to verify the validity of the contract,and the sensitivity of related parameters is analyzed.
