摘要
天然气是我国能源资源的重要组成,为了满足当下人们对能源越来越高的需求,天然气管道工程建设规模及数量不断增大。而作为天然气管道工程企业为保障天然气供应的可靠性及稳定性,采购相应的物资是非常有必要的。但是就天然气管道工程的实际物资采购工作而言,其中还存在着一些现实问题影响着物资采购的质量。因此,笔者从采购的概念出发,针对分析采购控制存在的问题,同时也提出几点加强天然气管道工程物资采购控制的措施,以期能为保障我国天然气实现更加稳健快速的发展做出应有贡献。
Natural gas is an important component of the energy resources in China.In order to meet people’s increasing demand for energy,the construction scale and quantity of natural gas pipeline projects are increasing constantly.As a natural gas pipeline engineering enterprise,it is very necessary to make some corresponding material procurement to ensure the reliability and stability of natural gas supply.However,as far as the actual material procurement of natural gas pipeline project is concerned,there are still some practical problems affecting the quality of material procurement.Therefore,starting from the concept of procurement,the author analyzes the problems existing in procurement control,at the same time,puts forward several measures to strengthen the procurement control of natural gas pipeline engineering materials,hoping to make due contributions to ensure the more stable and rapid development of natural gas in our country.
