摘要
目的探索影响手机游戏用户体验的关键设计特征,基于用户视角进行实验研究,为开发人员指明设计重点。方法首先通过10名被试循环对比两组用户体验水平不同的手机游戏,确立出30项影响手机游戏用户体验的设计特征;其次邀请46名被试对32款游戏的用户体验水平和30项设计特征的实现程度进行评分,利用BP神经网络算法计算设计特征对于用户体验和各维度水平的相对重要度。结果贡献率前十的设计特征共计解释手机游戏57.10%、52.74%、61.07%、62.48%、52.63%、56.01%、59.72%的用户体验、反馈、沉浸、挑战、社交、移动以及控制的感知水平。结论用户体验与各维度间的关键设计特征存在差别,该方法有助于为手机游戏设计人员指明影响用户体验的设计重点,合理分配游戏开发资源。
Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the key design features that afect user experience of mobile games and conduct the experimental research based on user perspectives to identify design priorities for developers.Metliods First,30 design features that afected the user experience of mobile games were established by 10 participants comparing two sets of mobile games with different user experience levels.Then 46 participants were invited to score the user experience level of 32 games and the realization degree of 30 design features,and BP neural network algorithm was used to calculate the relative contribution rate of design features to user experience and various dimension levels.Results The top ten design features of the contribution rate accounted for 57.1%,52.74%,61.07%,62.48%,52.63%,56.01%,59.72%of the perception level of user experience,feedback,immersion,challenge,sociality,mobility and control of mobile games.Conclusion There is a discrepancy between user experience and the key design features of the dimensions.This method helps to identify the design priorities that affect the user experience for mobile game designers and allocate game development resources reasonably.
