全自动电能表推力测试装置设计与研究

摘要 针对目前电能表接线端子受力测试操作繁琐、工作量大、测试精度低等问题,设计一种全自动电能表接线端推力测试装置,实现智能检测。推力测试装置主要包括测试装置台体和测试程控用户界面2部分。测试台体包括测试导轨和电表夹,完成接线端子施力和数据采集,通过测控界面,设置测试参数并显示测试结果。测试装置的设计与研究有利于提高电表及计量自动化终端的接线端子检测的精度和效率。自动电能表推力测试装置已成功运用到工业生产之中。 Aiming at the current problems of tedious operation,heavy workload and testing accuracy of the terminal of electricity meters,a fully automatic electric meter terminal push test device was designed to realize intelligent detection.The push test device mainly comprises two parts,a test device platform and a test program-controlled user interface.The test bench body includes a test rail and a meter clip to complete the terminal force application and data acquisition.Through the measurement and control interface,test parameters can be set and test results can be displayed.The design and research of the test device is beneficial to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the terminal detection of the meter and the metering automation terminal.The fully automatic electric meter push test device has been successfully applied to industrial production.
