摘要
全民阅读活动,开启了构建学习型社会新时代。本文对青海省农家和牧家书屋建设问题进行思考,认为以组建小区书屋来推进新时代全民阅读的做法对提高我省农牧民精神生活具有积极意义。
In the 1990 s,some western developed counties launched the nationwide reading campaign on aglobal scale,opening a new era of building a learning society.Taking four countries such as USA,UK,Japan,and South Korea for example and combined with the new national reading model carried out in eastern developed regions of the middle east of China,the paper thinks it is worth absorbing and drawing lessons from the practice of building a residential book house to promote the reading of the people in the new era.
