软锰矿的微波干燥特性

摘要 以广西大新县软锰矿为研究对象,采用微波加热进行干燥,分别在不同的软锰矿初始含水率、软锰矿质量、微波功率条件下进行了软锰矿的微波干燥试验,研究工艺参数对软锰矿微波干燥速率等的影响规律,以此研发出微波干燥软锰矿新工艺,为微波干燥软锰矿的工业应用提供理论基础和试验数据。 As a new drying technology,microwave heating technology has been widely used in the field of mineral drying.In this paper,taking the pyrolusite in Daxin county,Guangxi province as the research object,microwave heating was used to dry the pyrolusite.The microwave drying experiments of pyrolusite were carried out under different conditions of initial moisture content,pyrolusite quality and microwave power,respectively.Effects of experimental factors on microwave drying rate of pyrolusite were investigated,and a new process of microwave drying for pyrolusite was developed,providing theoretical basis and experimental data for industrial application of microwave drying of pyrolusite.
