摘要
目的:了解就业市场高职高专类医药卫生岗位就业能力需求,探讨医药卫生类高职高专院校的人才培养策略及提升医学生就业能力的途径。方法:使用内容分析法对通过互联网采集的面向医药卫生高职高专类毕业生的岗位招聘信息进行数据挖掘和分析。结果:共采集7380份有效数据,就业岗位主要来源于企业和民办医院,约50%的工作岗位无工作经验要求,雇主提出了22类就业能力的需求,不同岗位对就业能力的需求不同。结论:就业市场用人要求趋于综合化,要求求职者在具备专业基础的同时具备较高的通用性能力和实际解决问题的能力。建议高校应加强就业指导,重视培养学生的通用能力,引导医药卫生类高职高专毕业生进行职业规划。
Objective:To understand the employability demand of medicine and health vocational colleges in the employment market,and to explore the talent training strategies of medical and health colleges and universities and the ways to improve the employability of medical students.Methods:Data mining and analysis were conducted using the content analysis method to recruit job information for medical and health vocational college graduates through the Internet.Results:7380 valid data were collected.The jobs mainly came from enterprises and private hospitals.About 50%of the jobs had no job experience demand.Employers mainly proposed 22 types of employability,different positions had different needs for employ ability.Conclusion:The employment requirements of the job market have become more integrated,which needs job seekers not only have a professional foundation,but also master high versatility and practical problem-solving skills.Therefore,it is recommended that colleges and universities should strengthen employment guidance,attach importance to cultivating students'general abilities,and guide medicine and health college graduates to career planning.
