摘要
以广州市某通讯基站为研究对象,基站内引入新风-集中式排热系统。采用数值模拟方法分析不同通风模式对基站内空气流动速度场及温度场的影响。实验结果表明:基站内引入新风集中式排热系统可有效缓解室内局部区域温度偏高问题。当基站内温度超过26℃,室外环境温度10℃≤T≤8℃时,通过从外界引入新风的方式降温,效果最佳,此时机柜表面的平均温度可以降低17.81℃,温降比可以达到49.31%。其次,在相同的环境条件下,开启集热罩时,通讯机柜表面的平均温度可以降低3℃,温降比可以达到11.33%。
Taking a telecommunication base station as the research object and introduces a ventilation-centralized heat removal system in the base station.Analyze the influence of different ventilation methods on the velocity field and temperature field of indoor air flow with the numerical simulation method.The result shows that it can alleviate the problem of high temperature in the local area if the ventilation-centralized heat removal system is introduced.When the indoor temperature exceeds 26℃ and the ambient temperature is 10℃≤T≤8℃,the effect is best by introducing ventilation.The average temperature of the cabinet surface can be reduced by 17.81 t,and the temperature drop ratio can reach 49.31%.Secondly,under the same environmental conditions,when the heat collecting cover is activated,the average temperature of the surface of the telecommunication cabinet can be reduced by 3℃,and the temperature drop ratio can reach 11.33%.
