摘要
在一个完善的通风系统中,风门是必不可少的通风构筑物之一,其具有控制、引导、调节系统及中段风流风量的作用。铜绿山矿井下随着生产任务的不断加大,生产区域也随之不断增加,风流短路、串联现象严重。为解决此问题,引入机械连锁的风门,以阻断、调控风流,减少风流的短路及串联现象。实际应用表明,该风门在铜绿山矿井下应用良好,可大幅降低分流短路及串联现象的发生,对降低矿山通风能耗,提高整体的通风效率具有良好的效果。
In a complete ventilation system,the damper is one of the more indispensable ventilation structures,which has the function of controlling,guiding,regulating the system and the middle part of the airflow.With the increasing production tasks in the Tongluoshan Mine,the production area has also increased,and the wind current is short-circuited and the series connection is serious.In order to solve this problem,a mechanical interlocking damper is introduced to block and regulate the wind flow,and reduce the short circuit and series phenomenon of the wind flow.The practical application shows that the damper is applied well under the Tonglushan mine,which can greatly reduce the occurrence of shunt short circuit and series phenomenon,and has good effects on reducing mine ventilation energy consumption and improving overall ventilation efficiency.
