摘要
目的探究糖尿病患者并发足部溃疡内科综合治疗的临床疗效。方法择取2018年1月-2019年6月期间于该院收治的62例糖尿病并发足部溃疡患者作为研究对象,根据其治疗方案进行分组,分析组患者接受内科综合治疗,参照组患者接受常规治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果分析组患者接受治疗后临床治疗总有效率为96.77%,高于参照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组患者创面愈合情况优于参照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用内科综合治疗方案治疗糖尿病足溃疡临床疗效较好,建议在临床中应用推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of comprehensive medical treatment for diabetic patients complicated with foot ulcer.Methods 62 cases of diabetic patients complicated with foot ulcer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the treatment plan,the patients in the analysis group received comprehensive medical treatment and the patients in the reference group received conventional treatment,and the clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the analysis group was 96.77%after treatment,higher than that in the reference group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing in the analysis group was better than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of comprehensive medical treatment program in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer clinical efficacy is good,it is recommended to be applied in clinical promotion.
