摘要
以单个项目为导向的大学生创新创业能力培养缺乏连续性和层次性。该文结合南京航空航天大学大学生主题创新区建设的实践经验,探讨了主题创新区的设立过程、管理方法和创新性的学生培养模式。此人才培养模式有利于增加学生科创活动的研究深度,提升学生创新实践能力培养水平,产生更多的创新性成果。
The cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students oriented by a single project lacks continuity and hierarchy.This paper discusses the establishment process,management method and innovative student training mode of the themed innovation zone in Nanjing university of aeronautics and astronautics.This mode of talent cultivation is conducive to increasing the research depth of studentsz scientific innovation activities,improving the training level of students'innovative practical ability,and producing more innovative achievements.
