摘要
该文重点研究湖北襄阳、十堰、神农架地区农民工返乡创业,基于223个农户及15个农业合作社问卷调查,对民族地区农民工返乡创业相关概念进行了界定、归纳了其特征及创业类型,分析了民族地区农民工返乡创业存在的困难,针对性提出了促进民族地区农民工返乡创业的扶持措施及政策建议。
This paper focuses on the study of migrant workers'returning home entrepreneurship in Xiangyang,Shiyan and Shennongjia areas of Hubei Province.Based on the questionnaire survey of 223 farmers and 15 agricultural cooperatives,the related concepts of migrant workers'returning home entrepreneurship in minority areas are defined,their characteristics and types of entrepreneurship are summarized,and the difficulties of migrant workers'returning home Entrepreneurship in minority areas are analyzed.Difficulties,targeted measures and policy recommendations to promote migrant workers to return home entrepreneurship in ethnic areas.
