摘要
目前大量扶贫光伏主要依靠国家及电网补贴实现盈利,市场竞争力较弱。随着分布式发电交易市场化推进,国家光伏发电补贴逐步减少,农村扶贫光伏亟需寻找新的运营模式增加发电收益。首先分析国家关于分布式发电市场化交易相关文件,结合扶贫光伏特征选择最佳交易方式,进而分析参与交易的各方利益,提出新的光伏发电运营模式,最后通过实例对比分析新的运营模式对扶贫地区市场化交易带来的优势。
At present, a large number of poverty alleviation photovoltaic mainly rely on state and grid subsidies to achieve profits, with weak market competitiveness. With the marketization of distributed generation transaction and the gradual reduction of national photovoltaic power generation subsidies, rural poverty alleviation photovoltaic needs to find new operation mode to increase power generation revenue. First of all, it analyzes the relevant documents of the state on the market-oriented transaction of distributed power generation, selects the best transaction mode based on the characteristics of poverty alleviation photovoltaic, then analyzes the interests of all parties involved in the transaction, and proposes a new photovoltaic power generation operation mode. Finally, it compares and analyzes the advantages of the new operation mode on the market-oriented transaction of poverty alleviation areas through examples.
