摘要
目的分析心理护理对急诊足踝部骨折患者术后疼痛的影响。方法选取该院2017年2月-2018年6月收录治疗的88例足踝部骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在进行常规护理基础上增加心理护理,根据汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)统计两组患者负面情绪指数;采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS),对患者术后0、12、24、48 h以及72 h的疼痛程度进行评估。结果两组患者术后0 h负性情绪指数评分没有差别,护理后,观察组患者负性情绪指数明显低于对照组,观察组患者VAS疼痛指数评分与对照组相比显著降低。结论心理护理能够显著缓解急诊足踝部骨折患者术后疼痛,改善负性情绪,对临床应用具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on postoperative pain of patients with emergency foot and ankle fractures. Methods Our hospital in February 2017 to June 2018, included treatment of 88 patients with fracture of ankle were selected as the research object,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group patients received routine nursing care, observation group of patients on the basis of conventional nursing care increased psychological nursing, according to the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) statistical index of two groups of patients with negative emotions;Visual analogue scale(VAS) was used to evaluate the degree of pain at 0, 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours after operation. Results There was no difference in the scores of negative emotional index between the two groups 0 hours after surgery. After nursing care, the negative emotional index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the VAS pain index score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Psychological nursing can significantly relieve postoperative pain and improve negative emotions in patients with acute foot and ankle fractures, which is of great significance for clinical application.
