摘要
为了对新品种西洋参进行质量评价,研究新品种‘中农洋参2号’与对照品种不同部位中主要皂苷含量差异。利用超高压液相色谱法(UPLC),测定了样品中主要人参皂苷含量。结果表明:‘中农洋参2号’主根中Re、Ro、Rb1,须根中Re、Ro、Rb1、Rb3显著高于对照品种,须根中Rc显著低于对照品种,芦头中Ro显著高于对照品种,以上结果均有统计学意义。总之本研究通过实验数据分析,首次明确‘中农洋参2号’与对照品种不同部位主要人参皂苷含量差异,为新品种‘中农洋参2号’合理开发利用提供理论依据。
In order to evaluate the quality of the new variety of Panax quinquefolium,the difference of main saponins content in different parts between the new variety’Zhongnong Yangshen 2’and the control variety was studied.The main ginsenosides in the samples were determined by ultra-high pressure liquid chromatography(UPLC).The results showed that Re,Ro,Rb1,in the taproots,Re,Ro,Rb1 and Rb3 in the fibrous roots of’Zhongnong Yangshen 2’were significantly higher than those of the control varieties,and Rc in the fibrous roots of’Zhongnong Yangshen 2’was significantly lower than those of the control varieties,and Ro in reed rhizome of’Zhongnong Yangshen 2’was significantly higher than those of the control varieties.In a word,the difference of main ginsenosides content in different parts between’Zhongnong Yangshen 2’and control varieties was clarified for the first time through experimental data analysis,which provided theoretical basis for rational development and utilization of new variety’Zhongnong Yangshen 2’.
