摘要
21世纪以来,我国旅游业得以迅速发展,人们对旅游业各方面要求也不断提升,因此旅游业产生多种衍生物,主题公园就是产物之一,并且近几年发展迅速。主题公园迅速崛起的同时也引发了越来越激烈的市场竞争,提高对游客的吸引力成为主题公园发展的核心竞争力和关键。以北京X主题公园为例,在对游客进行问卷调查及深度访谈所获取数据的基础上,运用层次分析法对主题公园的吸引力影响因素进行研究,构建主题公园吸引力影响因素的层次模型。研究发现,主题公园吸引力指标体系包括四个一级指标,分别为奇特性、基础性、娱乐性和科教性,其中“奇特性”所贡献的权重最大,“科教性”所贡献的指标最小。
Since the 21st century,China's tourism industry has developed rapidly,and people's demands for various tourism services also keep increasing.Therefore,a variety of derivatives of tourism products emerge.As one of such derivatives,theme parks witness rapid development in recent years.However,rapid growth of theme parks also results in increasingly fierce market competition.Thus,the core competitiveness and the priority of the theme parks are to improve their appeals to tourists.This study takes the theme park X in Beijing as an example.Based on the data obtained through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,this paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the influencing factors of the theme park's attraction and build a hierarchical model of the factors influencing the attraction of theme parks.The study found that the indicator system for the theme park's attraction includes four first-level indicators,namely,uniqueness,basic functions,entertainment and science education.Among them,"uniqueness"has the highest weight while"science education"has the smallest weight.
