摘要 通用飞机机载用电设备不断增加,电源品质越来越重要,对电源系统的传统测试方式人为误差大、效率低。设计基于LabVIEW的通用飞机电源测试系统,由硬件和软件两部分组成,在硬件部分中包含模拟驱动装置、信号调理电路、使用独立式高速数据采集卡;在软件部分使用LabVIEW,采用模块化软件设计,有较好的扩展性。通过对通用飞机交流发电机进行测试实验,结果表明系统可以准确迅速地测得相关数据,同时采用便携式工控机,可靠性良好,便于维修人员的使用。 All sorts of airborne equipment of general aircraft are increasing and the power quality is becoming more and more important.The tradition⁃al test methods for power systems have more human error and lower efficiency.Designs a general aircraft power test system based on Lab⁃VIEW,it consists of hardware and software,includes analog drive device,signal conditioning circuit and independent high-speed data ac⁃quisition card in the hardware part.LabVIEW software modular design is used in the software part and so has better scalability.Through the test of the general aircraft alternator,the results show that the system can accurately and quickly measure the relevant data.In the sys⁃tem,a portable industrial computer is used,which has good reliability and is convenient for maintenance works.
