摘要
目的观察麝香通心滴丸治疗稳定型心绞痛合并轻度焦虑-抑郁障碍患者的临床疗效。方法选取自2016年10月至2018年10月河南中医药大学第一附属医院就诊的124例符合纳入标准的稳定型心绞痛患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各62例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加服麝香通心滴丸治疗。两组治疗时间均为6周。结果两组患者治疗6周后,主要症状积分较治疗前均降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组主要症状积分较对照组均降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组运动平均时间、代谢当量、ST段压低最大幅度较同组治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前相比,两组焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后SAS、SDS评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组临床疗效比较,治疗组有效率显著高于对照组(χ^2=11.845,P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均无严重不良反应发生(P>0.05)。结论麝香通心滴丸治疗合并轻度焦虑-抑郁障碍的稳定型心绞痛可以明显改善心绞痛临床症状及心电图异常,改善患者运动耐量,明显缓解焦虑-抑郁状态,且安全可靠。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Musk Tongxin Dripping Pills in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris with mild anxiety and depression.Method From October 2016 to October 2018,124 patients with stable angina who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment with Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Musk Tongxin Dripping Pills on the basis of the control group.The treatment time was 6 weeks in both groups.Result After 6 weeks of treatment,the main symptom scores of the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The main symptom scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean time of exercise,metabolic equivalent,and STsegment depression were significantly improved in the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the same group before treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the SAS and SDS scores of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group(Χ^2=11.845,P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment period(P>0.05),and the safety was affirmatory.Conclusion The use of Musk Tongxin Dripping Pills in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with mild anxiety and depressive disorder could significantly improve the clinical symptoms and abnormal electrocardiogram of angina pectoris,improve exercise tolerance,significantly relieve anxiety and depression,and was safe and reliable.It was worthy of clinical promotion.
