摘要
目的研究鼻渊通窍颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的安全性及临床疗效。方法随机选择2017年1月~2019年1月间某院五官科就诊治疗的儿童慢性鼻窦炎患者120例为研究对象,按照随机对照原则分为研究组与对照组。研究组给予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片与鼻渊通窍颗粒联合治疗,对照组给予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片口服治疗。结果研究组患者的总治疗有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的总有效率78.33%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼻渊通窍颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的安全性高,可明显提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of montelukast sodium chewable tablets combined with Biyuan Tongqiao Granules in the treatment of chronic sinusitis for children.Methods 120 children with chronic sinusitis were randomly assigned into two groups.The control group received montelukast sodium chewable tablets,and the research group also received montelukast sodium chewable tablets combined with Biyuan Tongqiao Granules based on antibiotics.Results The total effective rate in the research group was 93.33%,which was higher than that 78.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium chewable tablets combined with Biyuan Tongqiao Granules in the treatment of chronic sinusitis for children has significant effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
