摘要
目前,开展动物实验Meta分析已被认为是探索提升动物实验对临床研究指导价值的有效途径,可有效降低其结果向临床转化时的风险。但由于动物实验与临床试验间存在一定差异,使得动物实验Meta分析在方法学标准等多个方面与临床研究不同。本文主要介绍动物实验Meta分析数据处理的有关问题,以期为国内研究人员开展动物实验Meta分析提供参考。
At present,the Meta-analysis of animal experiments has been considered to be an effective way to enhance the guiding value of animal experiments to clinical research,and can effectively reduce the risk of transformation from the results to the clinical.However,due to the differences between animal experiments and clinical trials,Meta-analysis of animal experiments is different from clinical research in many aspects,such as methodological standards and so on.This article mainly introduces the problems related to the processing of metaanalysis data of animal experiments,in order to provide a reference for domestic researchers to carry out metaanalysis of animal experiments.
