摘要
介绍了美国护理质量指标数据库(NDNQI)的建立背景、基本结构及其在护理质量评价中的应用进展。提出我国国家卫生部门或全国性护理协会应主导研发、构建国家护理质量指标数据库平台,努力完善各指标数据收集方案和反馈分析,通过大数据平台推动护理质量的持续改进。
This article introduced National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators(NDNQI)from following aspects,such as establishment background,basic structure and application progress in nursing quality evaluation.And it was put forward that China′s national health department or national nursing association should take leads in the research,development and construction of national nursing quality index database platform.In addition,the data collection and feedback analysis of each indicator should be completed,thus to achieve continuous improvement of care quality under the background of big data platform.
